You will feel welcomed into the picturesque subdivision as soon as you cross under the covered bridge.

Recently renovated play area in the Lone Branch Village comes with picnic pavilion including picnic tables, park grill along with a swing set. From the cabin, have a leisure walk to the playground area and explore the bridge and creek that flows around the bend. The playground is fit for children to play and for pets to roam pleasantly.

Other things to note

- Must be 25 or older to make reservation. Photo ID is required for booking.

- Absolutely No Party, No Events, No Smoking/Vaping/Hookah/e-Cigarettes!

- No Third Party booking. 

- There is a $150 + tax non-refundable pet fee for each pet. Max 2 pets (dog only) and must be crated if left alone on the property. Please bring your own dog bedding(s) and crate(s).

- There are two active outdoor security cameras for your protection. One is on above deck pointed to entrance door and one is on above deck of back door pointed to hallway. There are no cameras inside the property. Any touching on security cameras will result an immediate eviction and forfeit rental payment.

For a unique adventure for kids meal, check out English Mountain Trout Farm and Grill located in Sevierville. Visitors can catch their own dinner from among various species of trout. Horseback riding, zipline tours, ATV rides are only 6 minutes from the cabin!
